The perfect solution for moist sandy soil. The pole with the twist-in base would lean and eventually fall because the soil couldn't support it. Erva support pointed us to this alternative which worked perfectly with some stakes added to pin it to the ground. Thanks for high quality products and support!

I replaced my stake stand bird feeders with the Erva round base feeders. They are very solidly built and sturdy. I have them out on my lawn away from the squirrels.
And now i don't have to weed whack around them when I now my lawn, a huge plus as I can just pick it up and move it now.

It’s works perfectly as a base for a Xmas tree made entirely of lights.
