Refund policy

We accept returns on all orders within 30 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, processed within 3 days of receiving the return package.

To return your order, please do the following

1. Send an email to support@erva.com to let us know to expect the return

2. Pack the item securely, cushioning the contents in an appropriately sized shipping box

3. Indicate the order number, either on the box or on a sheet of paper within it
