Order a few items , one item was damaged , (thanks to UPS) . Contacted customer support on how to handle this . Nick with customer support was excellent . He responded to my email very promptly , and was going to replace the broken item. I've always believed a quality company starts with good customer service , and this company has that . All three items were quality made , will order again from Erva.
