Disk Baffle (Hanging)

I have purchased two of these baffles and have finally have a way to stop the clever squirrels from invading the bird feeders. Squirrels made a mockery of every other baffle I have tried. The baffles are study, big and look nice. My only beef is the stickers are a bear to get off. I guess I will have to let Nature work on that part.

The clever squirrels would tip my old baffles and slide onto the bird feeder, this extra large baffle has stymied them. Plus it looks good. Heavy duty materials. And fast shipping.

I think I've FINALLY baffled the squirrels. I did have one or two get past this baffle until I fiddled with the distance from the baffle to the platform feeder underneath it. I had to increase that distance so they couldn't reach out their little arms on the way to the ground and grab the feeder and dump it or hang onto the feeder and climb in. I am so thankful because I want the birds to be able to eat in peace and the squirrels are little piggies! The squirrels now have their own separate peanut feeder, but they seem to have zero self-control and eat constantly as long as peanuts are available. I am going to have to invest in some wire cable type hanger for the top of the baffle as they have tried to chew through the paracord that connects the baffle to the tree.

The baffles look nice and worked perfectly for keeping the squirrels off my bird feeders.
