Tip
To keep squirrels and raccoons from getting onto your bird feeder, place your feeders 8-10' away from railings, roofs or trees. Baffles should stand at least 4' from the ground.

Works well!
The squirrel baffle works well. I have not seen a squirrel get past it.
I've been searching for a raccoon proof baffle for some time, at last I found one that does what the claims say it will do.
The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that this baffle is made in the U.S.A., spot on folks. The next equally important feature was the design and the materials it is made with. Everything about this baffle is unique, from it's 28" length to the dome top to the scolloped edge bottom. Because of the gauge of metal and the grade of paint used, this baffle should look great for many years to come. The amount of suet and seed I'm saving now will off set the cost of this AMERICAN MADE baffle.
However, there is one down side to this baffle. The critters gave up without a fight, I always looked for to the next round of warfare. Stop wasting your time and money buying Chinese Junk.

Is good quality and the mounting was a snap with the included hardware. I have it on 1" galvanized conduit.
